The Pilates work is brilliant for yacht racing from using the core strength to balancing to wriggling into the top bunk of a bouncing  boat at a 45 degree angle.

Just thought you might like to know; the morning after Thursday's class, I woke up and the sciatic pain that had been nagging me for about a week had gone entirely and so far hasn't put in another appearance. "Thanks" doesn't really say it, but "THANKS!!
